Join Brooklyn Indie Market designers for a day of cool and unusual craft projects at BIM — a weekend market of emerging fashion and product designers — corner of Smith and Union streets, June 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The daylong variety of novel and surprising kids craft workshops is free to enter and workshops are $3 each. The workshop lineup includes:

· Replaygrounds’ Bottle Conversion Project: Turn old soda bottles into candy dishes, soap dishes, vases, photo cuffs and more. For more, visit www.replayground.com.

· Beacon Bookmarks: A wife and husband team use discarded wood from their cabinetry business to customize your own wooden bookmarks using a variety of rubber stamps and markers. For more, visit www.beaconbookmarks.com.

· Wonderthreads’ and Fofolle, Stuffed Monster Making Workshop: An upcycle project utilizing leftover fabric and scraps from their design businesses. For more, visit www.wonderthreads.com or www.fofolle.com.
