Spitting mad: Goon spits on woman, robs her inside Coney subway station

Police are hunting the scumbag who robbed a woman inside a Coney Island subway station on Sept. 12.

The 57-year-old victim told police the man spit on her inside the Stillwell Avenue station near Surf Avenue at 6:15 a.m, before punching her in the face and making off with her wallet.

Anyone who provides police with information leading to an arrest can expect up to a $2,500 reward through the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers program. The public can phone their tips to (800) 577-8477, log into the Crime Stopper website at, tweet @NYPDTips, or text tips to 274637 (CRIMES then enter TIP577.
